The turntable bearings used in CNC machine tools can be divided into six categories: YRT turntable bearings, YRTS turntable shafts, YRTM turntable bearings, YRTSM turntable bearings, ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball turntable bearings, and ZKLDFM thrust angular contact ball turntable bearings.

YRT turntable bearing

The YRT bearing consists of a thrust/radial housing washer, a thrust/radial shaft washer, a thrust washer, two needle roller cage assemblies and a set of cylindrical roller for radial direction. The housing washer and shaft washer have evenly distributed screw holes for installation. This type of bearing has high axial and radial load-carrying capacity.

YRTS slewing bearing (radial with cage)

The YRTS rotary table bearing adds a radial cage on the basis of the YRT bearing. The use of a cage structure for the radial rollers gives the YRTS bearing characteristics such as a high limiting speed and a very low and stable friction torque. Therefore, this type of bearing is suitable for rotary tables equipped with torque motors.

YRTM turntable bearing (including steel grid measurement system)

YRTM is a two-way thrust cylindrical roller YRT combined bearing equipped with a steel grating scale, which realizes real-time monitoring and adjustment of the rotational accuracy of the two-way thrust cylindrical roller combined bearing to ensure the high-precision operation of the machine tool.

YRTSM turntable bearing (radial with cage)

YRTSM is a two-way thrust cylindrical roller YRTS combined bearing installed with a steel grating scale, which can achieve real-time monitoring and adjustment of the rotational accuracy of the two-way thrust cylindrical roller combined bearing to ensure the high-precision operation of the machine tool.

ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball turntable bearing

The ZKLDF series thrust angular contact ball bearings consist of an integral outer ring, two inner rings, and two sets of steel balls and cage assemblies, with a contact angle of 60 degrees. The outer ring and inner rings are equipped with mounting holes, which facilitate the installation and fixation of the bearings through connecting bolts. The bearings are fixed by coupling bolts to ensure installation, transportation, and handling.

ZKLDFM Thrust Angular Contact Ball Turntable Bearing (Including Steel Grid Measurement System)

The ZKLDFM series of thrust angular contact ball bearings consist of an integral outer ring, two inner rings, and two sets of ball and cage assemblies, with a contact angle of 60 degrees. The outer and inner rings are equipped with mounting holes, facilitating the installation and fixation of the bearing through connecting bolts. Due to the need to add a steel grid measurement system to the bearing, the original structure of the ZKLDF thrust angular contact ball turntable bearing cannot meet the installation requirements. Therefore, the thickness of the inner ring of the bearing needs to be increased and the structure of the inner ring needs to be changed for normal installation.
