Cross roller bearings are also known as crisscross roller bearings. Their rolling elements are cylindrical rollers arranged in a crisscross pattern on raceways. The rollers are separated by retainers or spacer blocks. Featuring high rotational accuracy and large load capacity, they have a wide range of applications. Cross roller bearings can bear axial loads, radial loads, overturning moments and other loads. Compared with bearings of traditional structures, their rigidity is increased by 3 to 4 times. Compact in size yet capable of bearing heavy loads, cross roller bearings are suitable for CNC rotary tables, multi-axis CNC turntables, rotary tool magazines, industrial robots, robot joints, special robot joints, hollow rotary platforms, alignment machine platforms, radar communication equipment and more.
RA (YDRA) series cross roller bearings adopt a split outer ring and an integrated inner ring, and are mainly applied to scenarios requiring high-precision inner ring rotation. The RA (YDRA) series cross roller bearings are modified from RB (YDRB) models by appropriately reducing the thickness of inner and outer rings while maintaining the same cross-sectional dimensions, hence they are also referred to as equal-section cross roller bearings. They are ideal for positions demanding lightweight bearings and compact structural design, such as rotating parts of robots and manipulators, semiconductor equipment joints, small rotary tables, etc.
