CNC rotary table bearings — YRT series rotary table bearings can be divided into three major types according to different structures and operating conditions: standard YRT rotary table bearings, YRTS high-speed rotary table bearings and YRTM rotary table bearings.

A set of retainers is additionally fitted in the radial direction of YRTS high-speed rotary table bearings, enabling this series to achieve higher rotational speed compared with the other two models.|

1. Standard YRT Rotary Table Bearings

A YRT rotary table bearing consists of one thrust-radial housing ring, one thrust-radial shaft ring, one thrust washer, two needle roller cage assemblies and a set of radial cylindrical rollers.

Evenly distributed mounting holes are machined on both inner and outer rings for direct bolt mounting and fixation. The bearings are preloaded at the factory, eliminating the need for clearance adjustment during installation, which enables simple and convenient assembly.

The YRT series is suitable for applications with low rotational speed, short operating cycles and stringent requirements for rigidity and precision, such as rotary tables, indexing heads and rotary joints.

Developed based on standard YRT bearings, the YRTS series is fitted with an additional radial cage. Optional cage materials include nylon, brass, carbon steel and stainless steel.

Rollers guided by nylon cages endow YRTS bearings with high rotational speed and low starting friction torque, making them ideal for rotary table equipment under torque load.

Select YRTS series for working conditions requiring low starting friction torque and high rotating speed, such as direct-drive motor rotary tables and high-speed rotary platforms.

3. YRTM Rotary Table Bearings (Integrated with steel grating measuring system)

YRTM bearings are combined units integrated with a steel grating scale measuring system mounted on the outer ring of standard YRT bearings. They support real-time monitoring and correction of rotational angular accuracy to ensure efficient and ultra-precise operation of machinery.

The measuring system is composed of sensor assemblies and a steel grating ruler. It works on the pure inductive measurement principle to deliver accurate signals and superior measuring precision. In addition, it features high enclosure protection ratings that shield the measuring unit from external interferences including dust, mist, light oil contamination, scratches and magnetic fields.
